We provide equity research as well as credit research reports on the top-listed U.S. companies with most of our focus on technology, consumer goods and services, automobiles, industrials, oil and gas, pharma, and healthcare. Baptista Research is owned and managed by Ishan Majumdar, an ex-Venture Capitalist/ Investment Banker, a Chartered Accountant, and a Masters’ degree holder in Management from HEC Paris. Ishan has nearly a decade of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Leveraged Buyouts (LBOs), Venture Capital Investing, Corporate Strategy, and Valuation in front-office roles at the likes of BNP Paribas CIB, Credit Agricole CIB, Groupe Danone, and TIW Private Equity. <li>Indexes continue to violate our key supports as the Russell 2000 (IWM) broke below $208, the S&amp;P 500 broke below 4495, and the equal-weighted Nasdaq 100 (QQEW) broke below $109.</li>
<li>This type of damage paints a bearish picture at the index level, and will take some time to repair.</li>
<li>Now that key supports have been violated, we are monitoring for oversold conditions that could mark a bottom, and it is possible that was yesterday (Jan. 24).</li>

Xcel Energy, Inc. provides electric and natural gas services.  The Company offers a variety of energy-related services, including generation, transmission, and distribution of electricity and natural gas throughout the United States. Alliant Energy Corporation provides public-utility service to customers in the Midwest.  The Company's utility subsidiaries serve electric, natural gas, and water customers in Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.

Exelon Corporation is a utility services holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, distributes electricity to customers in Illinois and Pennsylvania. Exelon also distributes gas to customers in the Philadelphia area as well as operates nuclear power plants in states that include Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Avangrid, Inc. operates as an energy services holding company. The Company engages in the regulated energy transmission and distribution business through wind and solar power, as well as natural gas utilities. Avangrid serves customers in the United States.

EnBW Energie Baden-Wuerttemberg AG is a full service energy company that provides electricity, , gas as well as energy and environmental services. The Company's environmental services include waste disposal and recycling.

SSE PLC generates, transmits, distributes and supplies electricity to industrial, commercial and domestic customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland. The Company also stores and distributes natural gas, and operates a telecommunications network that offers bandwidth and capacity to companies, public sector organizations, Internet service providers, and others.

Fortis, Inc. operates as a gas and electric distribution company. The Company offers regulated utilities comprised of electric and gas as well as engages in non-regulated hydroelectric operations. Fortis serves customers across Canada and in the United States and the Caribbean.

Orsted A/S provides utility services. The Company engages in the development, construction, and operation of offshore wind farms, as well as generates power and heat from power stations. Orsted serves customers worldwide.

Energisa SA is a holding company that through its subsidiaries, generates and distributes electric energy. The group operates throughout Brazil.
