Rakuten Bank (5838 JP) priced its IPO at JPY1,400 per share to raise gross proceeds of US$620 million. The shares will start trading on 21 April.

Peers have re-rated and our valuation analysis points to a fair value of around JPY1,900 per share, 36% above the IPO price. Therefore, the IPO price remains attractive.

<li>For companies with "low liquidity" the FFW will be multiplied by a fixed liquidity factor of 0.75 to derive the final FFW used for index calculation. </li>
<li>Every April, the application of this liquidity factor is reviewed by the TSE. In this insight, we take an early look at what could happen in April 2023.</li>

Park24 Co., Ltd. operates 24-hour automated parking garages, monthly parking lots, and parking lot administration.  The Company also sells parking lot equipment of gate-type and multistory-type such as park lock.

KOKUYO CO., LTD. manages Kokuyo group companies that produces and sells a vast line of stationery goods and office furniture through a domestic sales network as a holding company.  The group's products include magazine files, box binders, drawing tubes, desk chairs, lockers, and wall storage units.  Kokuyo also manufactures office automation equipment and computer supplies.

Japan Elevator Service Holdings Co. Ltd. offers elevator and escalator maintenance, inspection and renewal services.

Daiseki Co., Ltd. provides waste disposal services in Chubu area.  The Company uses high technology for oil sludge treatment and for recycling.  Daiseki also sells processing and lubricating oil for industrial use.

PILOT CORPORATION is a holding company established through the merger of Pilot and its affiliates, Pilot Ink and Pilot Precision.  Pilot Corp manages its subsidiaries' operation which manufactures and sells stationary products.

AEON DELIGHT CO., LTD. is a building maintenance company.  The Company provides services such as cleaning, security, and equipment management for buildings.

CoreCivic, Inc. provides detention and corrections services to governmental agencies. The Company designs, constructs, owns, manages, and renovates jails, prisons, government agencies, and inmate transportation companies. CoreCivic operates throughout the United States.

L&K Engineering Co., Ltd. designs, builds, and manages clean rooms for semiconductor, biochemical, and electronic industries.  The Company also provides wire engineering service.

Frontken Corporation Bhd. provides surface metamorphosis technology with thermal spray coating processes.

VSE Corporation provides diversified services and products to the engineering, energy, environment, health care, information technology, and defense services markets.  The Company's principal customers include agencies of the United States government and other prime contractors.  VSE provides services and products from locations across the United States and around the world.

Bravida Holding AB provides technical installation and service solutions for buildings and plants. The Company offers integrated solutions in electrical installations, heating and plumbing, and HVAC. Bravida Holding serves customers in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.
