We use what we believe is the most comprehensive, reliable financials database, SNL Financial. S&P Capital IQ augments our database, with corporate data and CEIC, with economics.

The merger ratio is set at 1.44The shareholders liked this deal - on earlier today (29 June 2015), shareholders voted the deal through&nbsp;The transaction is set to close in Jan 2016&nbsp;<s>Oct 2015</s>, with integration wrapping up by Dec 2015
