We then apply our technical and quantitative tools to identify developing price trends. Once attractive trends are identified within a selected sector or group, we screen for individual stocks which we believe offer the best risk/reward profile. We provide a historical perspective that often reveals, through our long-term charts, how price patterns often repeat themselves over time.

TOPIX May Rebalance - The BIG Flows at the Close MONDAY

<li>Our outlook remains bearish at the index level as downtrends remain intact on the MSCI broad global indexes and also within Japan, Hong Kong, Europe, Germany, and China.</li>
<li>Our preferred Sector overweights continue to be defensives (Utilities, Staples, and Health Care) and commodity Sectors (Energy and Materials).</li>
<li>The secular bull market in commodities (Bloomberg Commodity index, WTI and Brent crude oil, etc.) remains intact, which continues to support our overweight recommendations on the Energy and Materials Sectors.</li>
</ul>


Our outlook remains bearish at the index level as downtrends remain intact on the MSCI broad global indexes and also within Japan, Hong Kong, Europe, Germany, and China.

Cosmo Oil (5021) Shareholder Return Policy Is Bigger Than It Looks

Japan Petroleum Exploration Co., Ltd. explores, develops, and markets petroleum products such as crude oil and natural gas.

NIPPON GAS CO., LTD. provides LPG (liquefied petroleum gas), gas related apparatus, gas air conditioning equipment, and gas supplying work.  The Company also operates real estate business.

ITOCHU ENEX CO., LTD. distributes various kinds of fuel products such as oil, gasoline, and liquefied petroleum gas.  The Company, affiliated with Itochu Corp, manages many gas stations as well as convenience stores.  Itochu Enex also provides catalog sales of household goods.

SAN-AI OIL CO., LTD. primarily wholesales petroleum and LP gas nationwide.  The Company also supplies fuels for aircrafts at Haneda Airport.  San-Ai Oil has business divisions including industry energy, gas, chemical and research, and business development.

MITSUUROKO GROUP HOLDINGS CO., LTD. wholesales a variety of fuel products such as liquefied petroleum gas, coal, and briquettes products.  The Company also sells gas appliances and oil-heating equipment.  MITSUUROKO operates office leasing business as well.

SALA CORPORATION is a holding company which operates and manages its subsidiaries.  The Company provides energy supply and solution, and facility management services through its subsidiaries.  Other services include infrastructure development, animals' health care, auto services, and logistic business.

SINANEN HOLDINGS CO., LTD. is a fuel distributor specializing in petroleum products. The Company diversifies into briquettes, liquefied petroleum gas, and other petroleum products.  Sinanen also sells cooling/heating equipment and hot water supply system as well as operates real estate businesses.

Fuji Oil Company Ltd a holding company which was established through the merger of Arabian Oil Co and Fuji Oil Co.  The Company operates mining and refining crude oil, natural gas, and minerals.  AOC Holding manages subsidiarieswhich produce and sell crude oil and coal products.

Nippon Coke & Engineering Co Ltd sells coal, petroleum, coke, construction materials and industrial machinery.  The Company also sells environmental systems and manages plant engineering services.

BP Castrol K.K. distributes lubricating oil produced by BP plc.  The Company handles brake, transmission, gasoline and diesel engine oils, and radiator fluids.  BP Castrol also sells oil-related chemical products.

Scorpio Tankers Inc. operates as a shipping company. The Company provides seaborne transportation of crude oil and other petroleum products. Scorpio Tankers serves customers worldwide.

Golar LNG Limited is an independent owner and operator of liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) infrastructure including carriers, Floating Storage and Regasification Units (FSRUs) and Floating Liquefaction (FLNG) vessels.  Collectively these assets make Golar an integrated midstream LNG services provider supporting resource holders, gas producers and consumers.

Northern Oil and Gas, Inc. is an oil and gas exploration and production company. The Company produces petroleum products. Northern Oil and Gas is currently focused on the Rocky Mountain regions of the United States.

PBF Energy Inc. is an independent petroleum refiner and supplier. The Company offers unbranded transportation fuels, heating oil, petrochemical feedstocks, lubricants and other petroleum products in the United States. PBF's finished products are sold through long-term offtake and supply agreements.

California Resources Corporation is an independent oil and natural gas company. The Company focuses on maximizing the value of land, mineral and technical resources for decarbonization by developing carbon capture and storage and other emissions reducing projects. California Resources serves customers in the State of California.

Guanghui Energy Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in energy development, automotive services and real estate property leasing. The Company is in the business of coal mining and related coal chemical manufacturing. The Company is also engaged in the processing and distributing of granite materials and trading of general merchandise such as plastic doors and windows.

CNX Resources Corporation operates as a natural gas exploration and production company. The Company owns gas reserves that develop and produce natural gas, including methane and shale beds. CNX Resources serves natural gas industry in the United States.

Petronas Dagangan Berhad markets petroleum products and operates service stations domestically. Through its subsidiaries, the Company has operations in aviation fueling at Kuala Lumpur International Airport and bunkering facilities at West Port along with marketing and distributing lubricants.

Yangquan Coal Industry Group Co Ltd. produces, processes, and sells coal. The Company also generates electricity and heat. Yangquan Coal sells its products domestically and exports to other countries.

Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Limited refines oil and produces petroleum and petrochemicals. The Company is a subsidiary of ONGC. Mangalore Refinery operates a refinery in Mangalore city that produces premium diesel and unleaded petrol of high octane.
