The new deadline is now 21 May, which is the full 60 days.

The "loser" in this was Berli Jucker (BJC TB); however, without the shackle of what might have been a painful integration, BJC's Big C can now move forward in a less competitive market and looks more like a "winner" in the medium term. 
Blackstone runs a ruler over Soho China Ltd (410 HK), but nothing firm (yet) on the table.
