The upcoming Sogou 搜狗 IPO makes the company seem larger than it is, and a closer look gives us mixed feelings with regards to its prospects. Sogou shares do not come cheap, and if priced too dearly, make for a good risk/reward short trade. Presently, Sogou's market impact on the established search engine leader, Baidu, is negligible.
