<li>The NBTC can prescribe measures to govern the deal but these appear almost of no consequence.</li>
<li>The ruling is a positive development for the merger getting over the line. Both stocks enjoyed strong gains today. </li>

The NBTC can prescribe measures to govern the deal but these appear almost of no consequence.
