Chart Partners objective is to discover medium-term cycle turns and profit opportunities before they unfold, within structural trends while preserving capital with clear degrees of risk. We have real return ideas. 

Markets are dynamic and trading systems must reflect this. It is crucial to determine underlying correlations and lead-lag relationships within global markets and the impact on linked instruments. Our weekly Chartonics product gives you short-term trading strategies that can be applied within the medium and longer term macro trends that are mapped out in our strategy updates. 

Our methodology fuses global market variables and isolates drivers in trends. We specialize in FX, index trade in NY and Asia with a focus on Asian stocks. 

Technical Analysis

<li>SPX and NKY top short picks near term but new low attempts will see the immediate down leg exhaust. Yield decline is exhausting.</li>
<li>Increasing oversold readings set the stage for some key low on weakness. Euro bank range is 92 to 108.</li>
<li>Taiwan remains our top long in Asia. Trading bounce lows in ASX, Korea and Europe look attractive/viable.</li>

<li>Japan became a top laggard short bet above 28,000 given our call for a domino roll. Nikkei 26,900 was our initial downside target with a primary target of 26,000. </li>
<li>India's short from 18,000 is meeting the overshoot target at 17,100 with 16,800 a level to cover if not look for a tradable bounce. 17,700-800 is fresh sell resistance.</li>
<li>SPX weakness was the call from March 6-20 so we may be seeing up for some recovery actvity in Asia after the 20th but will face headwinds come June.</li>

Japan became a top laggard short bet above 28,000 given our call for a domino roll. Nikkei 26,900 was our initial downside target with a primary target of 26,000.
