<p>There are two confusing law amendment proposals for limiting the use of Korean chaebols' treasury shares in holdco conversion. Both of these two laws were tabled by Korea's main opposition party "Minjoo" as a part of its famous economic democratization campaign, but these two law amendments very different implications.
