Truecaller’s Class B shares are expected to begin trading on Nasdaq Stockholm under the trading symbol “TRUE” on October 8. Carnegie Investment Bank, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan and Citigroup Global Markets are joint global coordinators on the upcoming offering.      </p>
