<p>IDP Education plans to raise A$300-330m, assuming SEEK sells its entire stake, through an IPO. We had a look at the deal earlier in our Pre-IPO piece, which you can find it <a href="http://www.smartkarma.com/insights/ipo-preview-growing-market-and-strategic-co-owner-combined-with-a-global-brand-means-its-set-to-fly" target="_blank">here</a>. </p><p>We would take the deal given:</p><ul><li>The company earns over half its gross profit from a duoplositic English Testing business, in which IELTS has a lead.</li><li>Growth in other main business, of student placement, seems to have bottomed and is likely to remain strong and further increase as the company continues to expand abroad</li><li>The pricing of the deal appears attractive, given the company's strong global brand and steady growth record. In addition, the deal scores well on our IPO Framework.</li></ul>
