Two days before <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/4782" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:4782:1">Investa Office Fund (IOF AU)</a>'s Scheme meeting to vote on Blackstone's A$5.3485/unit (net of the A$0.105/unit declared distribution) offer, Canada's Oxford Properties Group, which previously inked a call option with ICPF to acquire 9.99% of IOF at A$5.25/unit, has upped the ante with a $5.50/unit offer for all remaining IOF units.
Oxford's proposal is indicative and conditional and is net of the A$0.105 distribution. The key condition is the completion of confirmatory due diligence - commercial due diligence has already been conducted.
