<li>Pre-Conditions are now satisfied, and YTL Cement has launched a <a href="https://links.sgx.com/FileOpen/NSL%20-%20Firm%20Offer%20Announcement%20and%20Appointment%20of%20Independent%20Financial%20Adviser.ashx?App=Announcement&amp;FileID=819425" target="_blank" rel="noopener">mandatory unconditional cash Offer</a>. The Offer price is also S$0.75/share. </li>
