NDX is showing underlying weakness as the DJI and financials display perform/pair strength into late August. SPX rise shows increasing exhaustive characteristics as the RSI reaches our sell target. This week we continue to expect rotation undercurrents to support the US cycle this week.SPX dip and rally in line with strength into later this week where the cycle is expected to shift to weakness but the primary cycle window for a more negative period is near August 26 and then we face September seasonality. Markets are ripe for a correction given near term overbought readings.Short focus in RTY and NDX as pairs while layering out of the SPX and DJI long.
