Naver put out three regulatory filings about the joint tender to LINE shareholders yesterday on DART.First of all, cash bid price? Unfortunately, it stays the same at ¥5,380.In the second regulatory filing, Naver set the split effective date on February 28, 2021. Then, the shareholder meeting?
