L'Occitane (973 HK) confirms its controlling shareholder is contemplating a conditional voluntary general offer - apparently, not a Scheme. However, the speculated HK$35/share price is "false and without basis". A potential offer price would be no less than HK$26.00/share. L’Occitane confirms that it has not received any firm Offer at this time. Shares resumed trading this morning.
