Palliser's presentation (with issues) convinced ISS/Glass Lewis to support their proposal to oblige a sale of 6.17% of OLC in 21mos. Palliser won't win. The question is how does the swing vote swing.

Keisei's AGM is 27 June. After I wrote this, Keisei responded to GL and ISS saying "they don't understand" and misrepresented Palliser's case. Keisei says they have long-term investment plans, but offer no quantum/time. Do they need more additional opex than their entire history? No. But Keisei and the Keisei/OLC ratio are at post-Palliser presentation lows. Passive investors are the swing votes.
