Keisei has underperformed OLC by 12% since the day AFTER I wrote this piece. It has underperformed by 30+% since Feb highs. Keisei is down 35% outright since it sold a 1% stake in OLC in early March. The ratio is at the lowest in a year, and is 7% below "undisturbed" (the day before Palliser's presentation last October)
It is becoming a little less easy to run the short Keisei long OLC trade.
