Trading at a 6.8% gross spread. Bi/Hong may still come through with a firm counter. But I think XJF's Offer still scrapes in irrespectively. Perhaps even if Mengniu also doesn't tender. Get involved.

The Circular concerning the EGM requisitioned by XJF to appoint two XJF-friendly directors has been dispatched. The vote is the 18th Oct. GAPACK says to vote against the resolutions. If the last board-spill vote is any indicator, this will be a close run thing. More comments in "Discussions" below.
