Lately, there has been a spotlight on private residential transactions in Singapore which many market watchers&nbsp;are expecting prices to fall further by approximately 5 to 10 percent in 2015.&nbsp;<ul><li>As 2014 draws to a close, we&nbsp;look back on how some of the developments that might face pricing pressures, especially with some of them&nbsp;facing the prospect of letting go some of the units at heavily discounted prices which might turn an otherwise&nbsp;profitable project into a potential loss making one. </li></ul><blockquote>We believe 2015 will bring further price declines, as oversupply bites into affordability. We would look to re-enter the market towards the later-half of the year.</blockquote>
