<p>In this week's note we briefly touch on China's data problems, where we give the benefit of the doubt to authorities. We also look at the variety of European policy, update our models and focus on those countries with the strongest recovery potential.  Additionally, we look at Sweden's 'third way' and find it rather compelling, and finally, we provide evidence that the UK has finally got to grips with its issues. </p>
