Technical Analysis

CTRIP was already showing a weak technical picture given the impulsive decline from the 60 region after breaking immediate trend support at 56. Given the ban news we will be monitoring the opening price in the ADR and measure the response to any downside gap.The recent high at 60 was accompanied by a rather nasty MACD pattern set up that involves mid-degree bear divergence and a breach of floor support.
