<p>PMI numbers are out, and for the first time we will not focus solely on China, but we dusted off the PowerPoint for some USA-centric figures. Starting though with PMI from the middle kingdom, China is down in all indexes measured except for one. Caixin PMI increased a point. Caixin Services has not yet reported for August; this is usual though. Overall, PMI is flat with slight decreases. When we say decreases we are referring to losses of approximately half a point, enough to be perceptible, but not earth-shattering.</p>
