<p>During the course of 1Q2018 Doosan Bobcat Inc (KRX: 241560) has fallen to KRW 32,300 (-11%), mainly due to the impact of selling one of their business segments. This resulted in concerns about the company’s growth prospects but we believe the core compact construction machinery business segment has a healthy outlook for growth mainly supported by growth in housing construction in the US and Europe. As such, we view the company’s increasing concentration in its highest margin niche segment as a positive, not a negative.</p>
