ZoomInfo Tech's software gathers, verifies, and updates business intelligence on thousands of companies, including useful information such as contacts, sales growth, organizational charts, and new hires. ZoomInfo estimates that it has approximately 192,000 paid users and more than 14,000 customers.The company generated sales of $293.3 million (up 103.3% YoY) and an operating income of $36.1 million (up 35.7% YoY) in 2019. However, its net loss increased from -$28.6 million in 2018 to -$78.0 million in 2019.The company is trying to complete this IPO in a very difficult IPO market due to the global fears about the COVID-19 coronavirus. Therefore, there is a good chance that this IPO gets postponed by a few months.
