<p>On Feb 16 2017, Zhaopin received a non-binding proposal by SEEK, Hillhouse Capital and FountainVest Partners to acquire all outstanding shares not already owned by the consortium for $18 per ADS.  Since this does not constitute an official offer the legal side does not come into play yet.  Having said that, with 3 privatization offers for the company over the last 12 months from different parties we can safely say Zhaopin is a highly attractive asset that is in play.  As the leading online job…</p>
