As of December 31, 2015, the company had proven and probable reserves of 39.8 million barrels of oil equivalent comprising 14.4 million barrels of oil and condensate; and 154 billion cubic feet of natural gas. Volga Gas plc was incorporated in 2006 and is based in London, the United Kingdom.
