Members of the Exchange are hereby notified that in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009, Section 21A of the Securities Contract (Regulations) Act, 1956, Securities Contract (Regulations) Rules, 1957 and Bye Laws & Regulations of National Stock Exchange of India Limited, it has been decided to delist (withdraw the admission to dealings in) the equity shares of the United Breweries (Holdings) Limited w.e.f. United Breweries Holdings Ltd. operates an airline, bottles beverages, manufactures fertilizers, and offers construction services.  The Company offers scheduled air passenger transportation services; distills spirits, brews beer and makes wine; produces chemical fertilizers; and builds infrastructure and industrial plant projects.

Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Exchange on May 22, 2018 has issued public notice in the newspaper forproposed compulsory delisting of equity shares of the company, in term of Regulation 22 (3) of SEBI (Delisting of Equity shares) Regulation, 2009.
