<p>The car sales tax holiday has proven to be a critical element that improved car sales during MCO and it has just been extended until June 2021 which means the upward momentum should carry forward to Q1 2021 at least. The postal business, typically a drag to the group, benefited from the MCO through stronger e-commerce activities and online marketplace that contributed positively to the postal business, similar to <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/singapore-post-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:150:1" rel="noopener">Singapore Post (SPOST SP)</a> . </p>

<p>Compared to <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/umw-holdings-bhd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:1700:1" rel="noopener">UMW Holdings (UMWH MK)</a> , DRB is trading at a 36.5% PBR discount, at a slight 8% PER premium, and a 26% EV/EBITDA discount.  DRB is trading at 4% PER discount, 89% PBR discount, and 56% EV/EBITDA discount, suggesting that it is relatively undervalued to the peers. <p>Nexter's share price has moved in tandem with <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/geely-automobile-holdings-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:127:1" rel="noopener">Geely Auto (175 HK)</a> in the past half a year, which particularly have benefited from the rumor that they entered into a partnership with <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/baidu-inc" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:179:1" rel="noopener">Baidu (BIDU US)</a> to develop autonomous vehicles although it was denied by the companies yesterday. </p>
<p>The management has repeatedly stated last year that they will make an effort to further grow the business in China but it will take some time and as per the latest interim report in 2020, the revenue from China still has not surpassed the US. Nexter bought a stake in Tactile Mobility, the leading tactile virtual sensing, and data company based in Israel, which will be a key element to win a mandate in autonomous vehicle projects. The stock may see another leg up tomorrow but after a 71% return (prior to today's) in 6 months, <strong>it is time to sell to lock in some profit</strong>. </p>

These relationships trade with a minimum liquidity threshold of US$1mn on a 90-day moving average, and a % market capitalisation threshold - the $ value of the holding/opco held, over the parent’s market capitalisation, expressed in percent - of at least 20%.

<p>On Friday after the close, the TSE belatedly released its annual TSE Free Float Weight adjustments for stocks with fiscal year ends in March. Normally this comes out in October, and is executed at the end of October, but for the 2020 Free Float Weight Rebalance, as per an announcement made by the TSE on 22 June 2020, special measures were taken in light of the covid-19 pandemic, and the rebalance was delayed by 3 months. </p>
<p>There are no major surprises that I see. Some buybacks from the market have led to slightly lower FFW coefficients. Some secondary offerings have led to increases in FFW coefficients.
