<p>Last week, it was announced that the founder <a href="https://koreajoongangdaily.joins.com/2021/07/29/business/industry/Nexon-NXC-Kim-Jungju/20210729173400349.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Kim Jung-Ju</a> is stepping down as the CEO of NXC Corp, which owns a 47.3% stake of Nexon. NXC Corp is essentially a holding company of Nexon Corp and other Nexon Group companies. Kim Jung-Ju and his wife own a 98.6% stake in NXC Corp. </p>
