WCP IPO - The Negatives - Patent, Going Concern, Customer Concentration

<li>Bharat FIH (BFIH) aims to raise around US$660m in its India IPO via selling a mix of both primary and secondary shares. BFIH is a subsidiary of Foxconn.</li>
