The SPAC entity was an entity called TWC Tech Holdings II Corp (TWC = "True Wind Capital"). The next day, Cellebrite DI (CLBT US) was born, trading up to US$11.00+.

Sun Corp (6736 JP)'s value realisation path had begun. Today, a True Winds entity announced a Partial Tender Offer - unsolicited, unannounced previously - on Sun Corp, for 19.0%.

<li>Materially ALL of the value of the company is in its holding in <a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/cellebrite-di-ltd" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:37102:1" rel="noopener">Cellebrite DI (CLBT US)</a>. The reason why Sun Corp (6736 JP) has traditionally traded at a large discount to its potential outcome is the possibility of inefficient or delayed value realisation. 
Materially ALL of the value of the company is in its holding in Cellebrite DI (CLBT US). True Wind Capital, the SPAC sponsor of CLBT, just bought 19% of SunCorp. 
They bought that for the CLBT, or the value realisation thereof. And now with the slightly surprising Tender Offer result, the chances of a better outcome are now higher.

<li>The price was too low. CLBT shares rose. They lifted the TOB price by 8% to ¥4750. Still too low. It was trading there. Now they have lifted to ¥5500.</li>
<li>Now a 49% premium to undisturbed, 29.4% premium to all-time high prior to the first tender. Changes in terms means this could get done. More bullish than it looks.</li>
