SPC Power Corporation, together with its subsidiaries, generates and distributes electricity in the Philippines. It engages in the rehabilitation, operation, maintenance, and management of a 203.8 Megawatt (MW) Naga Power Plant Complex in Colon, Naga, and Cebu City. The company also designs, constructs, installs, commissions, rehabilitates, maintains, manages, operates, and invests in power generation/distribution plants and related facilities. In addition, it operates the 146.5 MW Panay Diesel Power Plant located in Dingle, Iloilo; the 22 MW Bohol Diesel Power Plant situated in Tagbiiaran City, Bohol; and the Olango Diesel Power Plant located in the Island of Olango, Lapu-Lapu City. The company was formerly known as Salcon Power Corporation and changed its name to SPC Power Corporation in September 2007. SPC Power Corporation was incorporated in 1994 and is based in Cebu City, the Philippines.
