Baptista Research is owned and managed by Ishan Majumdar, an ex-Venture Capitalist/ Investment Banker, a Chartered Accountant, and a Masters’ degree holder in Management from HEC Paris. Ishan has nearly a decade of experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, Leveraged Buyouts (LBOs), Venture Capital Investing, Corporate Strategy, and Valuation in front-office roles at the likes of BNP Paribas CIB, Credit Agricole CIB, Groupe Danone, and TIW Private Equity. He has worked on and closed multiple acquisition deals, leveraged buyouts, and start-up investment transactions.

Silgan Holdings Inc. and its subsidiaries manufacture consumer goods packaging products.  The Company currently produces steel and aluminum containers for human and pet food, custom designed plastic containers for various markets, plastic closures and caps, thermoformed  plastic tubs, and specialty packaging items.  Silgan markets its products in North America.

Berry Global Group Inc. manufactures plastic products and containers. The Company produces agricultural film, moisture control products for buildings, closures, disposable cutlery, drop cloths, flexible packaging, overcaps, tapes, tubes, bottles, drink cups, lids, and trash bags.
