Korea has two visa policies for Chinese visitors to Korea – one for mainland Korea and one for Jeju island. Chinese visitors must get visa when visiting mainland Korea while visa is not required to visit Jeju island. We believe that the tremendous success of attracting Chinese visitors to Jeju island may also lead to relaxed visa policies for Chinese visiting mainland Korea. Timing of potential change of Chinese visa policy to Korea - Although it may not be discussed much openly, we think that there are increasing talks behind the doors to relax the visa policy for Chinese visitors to Korea (ex. 3 months no visa policy) in order to attract more Chinese visitors and help to attract foreign capital. In terms of time-frame, we believe it could over the next two years, especially as the incumbent Presidential regime is pro-FTA with China and open to attracting more Chinese capital. The potential change to existing visa policy such as 3 months no visa could be both ways (Chinese visitors to Korea and Korean visitors to China).

Two years ago I recalled during May/June period, put premiums were at double digits for the biggest china financial stocks. It was dirt cheap at low valuation pricing (3x p/e; 0.8x p/b) pricing in worse cases scenario. Clear Buy. In the last two months, US$1.7 trillion having been added to China&rsquo;s stock market capitalization with some Chinese valuations now look excessive (according to CLSA, China&rsquo;s nine largest listed stock brokers have a combined market cap US$319bn). Market is indeed hot, as an investor in a start-up P2P china financial portal-an additional 1 million new subscribers signed up in last 3 months! &nbsp;Overall, the influx of foreign money will be a great time for the SOE sector to deleverage and the banks to recapitalize and write down their debt.

China CYTS Tours Holding Co., Ltd. provides travel information and arrangement services.  Through its subsidiaries, the Company also manufactures medical instrument, provides system integration services for the insurance industry, and develops real estate.

Huangshan Tourism Development Co., Ltd. operates in the tourism industry.  The Company provides cableway transportation, sells garden tickets, operates hotels and restaurants, and provides tourism services.

Guangzhou Lingnan Group Holdings Co. Ltd. is in the hotel management business.  The Company also provides travel, food, and exhibition   space rental services.

Emei Shan Tourism Co.,Ltd provides travel services. The Company provides scenic spot ticket sales, tourist souvenir sales, tourism hotel management, and other services. Emei Shan Tourism also operates passenger cableway management, real estate loans, and other businesses.

Skylark Co. Ltd. mainly operates a family restaurant chain across Japan.  The Company offers Japanese-style, Western-style, and Asia-style foods for a wide variety of targeted customer segments.  Skylark also sells food and provides delivery servies.

Domino's Pizza Enterprises Limited is a franchise licence owner of the Domino's Pizza. The Company sits in the quick service restaurant segment within fast food retail and has a license which covers Australia, New Zealand, France, Belgium, The Netherlands and the Principality of Monaco. The Domino's brand is owned by Domino's Pizza, Inc, a listed US company.

SJM Holdings Limited offers amusement and recreation services.  The Company operates casinos, hotels, and other tourism-related facilities in Macau.

Melco Resorts & Entertainment Limited develops, owns, and operates casinos. The Company offers casino gaming, restaurants, bars, and resorts facilities. Melco Resorts & Entertainment serves customers in Asia.

The Wendy's Company operates fast-food restaurants.
