<li>The screening period for the upcoming rebalancing is May 3-31. LG Energy satisfies the 3-month minimum listing requirement, so it becomes eligible to join the Index in this rebalancing.</li>
<li>LG Energy will likely receive an inflow of ₩44.6B, 0.04% of SO. Considering its tight real-world float (less than 6%), it would still be something we don't want to overlook.</li>
<li>What is critical is an estimated outflow size of Celltrion. It would be about the same amount, but relative to its ADTV, it will be -0.26x.</li>

<li>We estimate SK Hynix's dividend yield could be 1.3% in 2022 and 1.5% in 2023. We estimate its total shareholder returns could be 3.3% in 2022 and 5.4% in 2023. </li>
<li>However, this is based on the consensus free cash flow estimates and also there is uncertainty in the timing of potential share buybacks from 2022 to 2024. </li>

<li>Demand is solid, and shortages are driving prices higher.  Since revenues are demand times price, all signs are positive.</li>
<li>The factors that caused the last collapse, in 2019, are not in place this time, indicating that a downturn is very unlikely.</li>
</ul>
