<li>After market close on Friday 24th November 2023, the December 2023 index review results for CSI 300/500 and SSE 50/180 were announced.</li>
<li>CSI 300 and CSI will have 14 and 50 changes while SSE 50 and SSE 180 will have 5 and 18 changes respectively. There are many overlapping flows.</li>
<li>In this insight, I have presented the details of the index changes and aggregated the expected flows attributable to the four indices mentioned above.</li>

<li>This support level held and EEM-US now displays a bullish 3-month downtrend reversal as the DXY appears to be breaking below $105.70, all bullish signals signaling additional upside-- buy.</li>
<li>We are bullish as long as $36.50-$37 support holds on EEM-US. Our first target is $42, which is 1.5+ year resistance. Remain overweight India, and we're upgrading Poland/Greece to overweight</li>

<li>There is a big sector skew in the potential changes. We estimate a one-way turnover of 9.4% at the December rebalance resulting in a one-way trade of CNY 7.22bn.</li>
<li>With the market being stabilised through the ETF route, the index constituents have outperformed the non-index constituents over the last 6-7 weeks. That could reverse over the near term.</li>

<li>Revenue growth would slow down in 2023 due to the high base last year.2023 is a good time to bottom fish this stock as Wondfo’s performance growth would recover afterwards.</li>
<li>After continuous corrections, the current valuation is already at a low level, and has already priced in the negative impact of the decline in COVID-19 business and IVD centralized procurement.</li>
