<li>The average A-H premium changed by 1.5ppt week on week, led by health care, industrials, consumer discretionary and offset by consumer staples, utilities, real estate.</li>
<li>We highlight weekly changes in A-H premium for Beigene, China Vanke, Guangzhou Automobile Group, Wuapptec Co Ltd.</li>

We analyse the changes of A-H premium on 146 stocks over the last week. The average A-H premium was 117.4% as of Sep 29th.
The average A-H premium changed by 1.5ppt week on week, led by health care, industrials, consumer discretionary and offset by consumer staples, utilities, real estate.
We highlight weekly changes in A-H premium for Beigene, China Vanke, Guangzhou Automobile Group, Wuapptec Co Ltd.

<li>Completion of logistics projects, more asset value realisation (through REIT and private equity funds), contribution from Yicheng Qiwanli and lower finance costs should underpin outlook.</li>
<li>SZI is an asset play with significant upside and this is reflected in the undemanding 0.42x P/B. Against its historical average of 0.67x, such a level is almost -2SD below. </li>
</ul>


Poor 1H23 result at Shenzhen International (152 HK) should have been anticipated, and we believe there is good room for sharp earnings improvement in 2H23.

Keisei Electric (9009 JP)'s valuation has deviated from Oriental Land (4661 JP)'s since the proposed expansion of Tokyo Disney Sea, Fantasy Springs. That bifurcation should now reverse.

Qinhuangdao Port Company Limited loads, stores, transports port cargo. The Company's main products include liquid chemicals, iron ore and coal, oil and other cargo, containers and other products.

COSCO Shipping Ports Limited, through its subsidiaries, provides shipping container leasing services worldwide.  The Company also operates container terminals and provides container handling, storage, transportation and management services, as well as depot handling and stevedoring services.

Port of Tauranga Limited activities include the provision of wharf facilities, back up land for the storage and transit of import and export cargo, berthage, cranes, tug and pilotage services for exporters, importers and shipping companies and the leasing of land and buildings. Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port PJSC owns and operates the Novorossiysk Port on the BlackSea. The Company processes, loads, and unloads cargo. Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Trade Port handles mainly crude oil but also services dry cargo such as metals, cement, sugar, grain and containers.

Enav S.p.A. provides air navigation and transportation support services. The Company offers air traffic control, aeronautical information, flight inspection, meteorology, and engineering and maintenance services. Enav conducts its business in Italy.

The Sumitomo Warehouse Co., Ltd. operates warehousing and freight transportation businesses.  The Company provides integrated transportation services including marine, land, and air freight, and stores cargos in warehouses throughout Japan. Sumitomo Warehouse also operates a real estate leasing business.

Mitsubishi Logistics Corporation provides warehousing, logistics, and other distribution services in Japan, the United States, and Asia.  The Company operates ground, port-harbor, and international intermodal transport as well as real estate leasing.

Shenzhen Expressway Company Limited constructs, manages and operates toll highways and expressways in China.
