<p>Shakey's Pizza plans to raise around US$70m through a mix selling of primary and secondary shares on the Philippines exchange. Shakey's has the highest market share in the pizza category.</p><p>In this insight, we run the deal through our framework and look at the company's past financial performance, and compare it to its peers operating in the same space. Shakey's own stores don't seem to be performing particularly well, while its valuation is in line with peers.</p>
