Eduspec Holdings Bhd. is an investment holding company that through its subsidiaries is a regional electronic learning provider.  The Company's subsidiaries designs,  develops, and distributes E-learning products and education services for the regional Asian market.

ASIAMET Education Group Berhad is an investment holding company. The Company, through subsidiaries, provides higher education and training in nursing and allied health sciences.

Esthetics International Group Berhad is an investment holding company.
