Roxas and Company, Inc., through its subsidiaries, acquires, develops, improves, subdivides, leases, and sells agricultural, industrial, commercial, residential, and other real properties in the Philippines. The company also manages hotels and resorts; offers funeral and related services; and engages in warehouse leasing activities. In addition, it owns various tracts of lands in Nasugbu, Batangas. The company was formerly known as CADP Group Corporation and changed its name to Roxas and Company, Inc. in June 2009. Roxas and Company, Inc. was founded in 1918 and is based in Makati City, the Philippines.
