Lucror Analytics is a leading credit and ESG research specialist and a provider of technology solutions for differentiated fixed income strategies. Our roots are in bottom-up fundamental credit analysis with a specialization in high yield corporate credits from Europe, Asia and Latin America. We are one of few research specialists integrating ESG considerations with fundamental credit research through a dedicated ESG platform. Powerlong’s H1/19 results were stable, albeit revenue recognition was weaker than expected. The company’s contracted sales growth was one of the fastest among players in our coverage in H1, supported by more GFA sold and higher ASP. This sets a strong base for revenue recognition for the full year, if the pace of property delivery accelerates in H2. The rising ASP will continue to support the margins. We like Powerlong’s exposure to commercial properties (both build-to-sell and build-to-hold), which support its strong margins and recurring income. The self-hold investment properties can be a source of liquidity if needed, albeit they are capital-intensive and require debt funding. The company has been borrowing extensively to support its expansion.
