In this insight, we take a look at the potential ADDs and DELs leading the race for the semiannual index rebal event in December 2024.
We currently expect 16 ADDs/DELs for CSI 300 and 50 ADDs/DELs for CSI 500. Some of these names are different from what we had in our September 2024 insight.

<li>After being unable to break out, EEM-US consolidation has continued, and is again approaching major 10.5-month support at $37-$37.50, which has been our important line-in-the-sand throughout 2023.</li>
<li>As long as EEM-US is above $37, we are buyers on this pullback.</li>

Shenzhen Stock Exchange Composite Index / Technical Analysis

<p>China (MSCI China, Shenzhen A Share) offers a plethora of attractive setups and is a major focus in today’s report. Taiwan (TAIEX) is another focus as it is one of the few global indexes that is not yet breaking down. Lastly, Turkey (ISE National 100) appears to offer an attractive pullback opportunity. Within EM, we highlight attractive opportunities across the technology, consumer discretionary, health care and communications sectors.</p>
