National Infrastructure Trust is an infrastructure investment trust established to acquire, manage and invest in a portfolio of infrastructure assets in India. The InVIT’s initial asset portfolio will consist of nine road assets, all operating on a Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) basis, in the states of Haryana, Rajasthan, Bihar, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Karnataka with an aggregate length of approximately 683.875km.
