NDX has been underperforming the S&amp;P since June and is currently kissing the top end of the relative barrier that is an inflection point to monitor for a rejection as the NDX presses on compelling channel resistance.US tech breadth has been narrowing to a point where stronger stocks such as AAPL and MSFT are meeting tactical rally targets while weaker readings in NFLX, FB and now GOOG are a drag on breadth. Volumes are not supportive.SOX triangulation resistance exhibits a great short risk to reward at the SMH 110 pattern topside with a very tight risk limit.Tech in Asia is already under pressure amid FX turmoil.September volatility also a factor as NDX and SMH reach for rejection zones that sets up a fallout cycle.
