Non-farm payroll employment came in much higher than market expectations with 287,000 jobs being added in June 2016 compared to an average addition of 148,400 jobs in the first five months of 2016. We will pay particular attention to the shifts and potential inflection points for governance in individual markets as these are often the best lead indicators for both economic and market performance.
