<li>We believe that there is a relatively high probability that the Korean government will lower the highest corporate tax rate bracket from 25% to 22% starting next year.</li>

Lower Corporate Tax Rate in Korea Could Be an Extra Alpha Kicker

<li>Of the 176 Korean stocks in which NPS reported changes in ownerships in 2Q 2022, NPS increased its stakes in 115 companies and reduced stakes in 61 companies.</li>

<li>A sizeable buyback, improved dividend policy, and a significant discount to its NAV are likely to lead to continued outperformance of LG Corp relative to KOSPI. </li>

Hanssem Co., Ltd. manufactures kitchen furniture.  The Company's products include kitchen sinks, kitchen cabinets, dining tables and chairs, and kitchen accessories.  Hanssem also designs and manufactures interior products, such as sofas, bedsteads, closets, drawers, lamps, bathroom and office furniture.

Cuckoo Holdings Co.,Ltd manufactures and distributes electric home appliances. The Company produces electronic pressure cookers, humidifiers, vacuum cleaners, and air purifiers. Cuckoo Holdings markets its products throughout South Korea.

Topfield Co., Ltd. manufactures digital set top boxes.  The Company's products include free to air receivers, personal video recorders, and common interface receivers.  Topfield provides its products mainly to overseas market.

Techtronic Industries Company Limited designs, manufactures, and markets power tools, outdoor power equipment, accessories, hand tools, layout and measuring tools, and floorcare and appliances. The Company's products are used by consumers, professional, and industrial users in the home improvement, repair, and construction industries.

Mohawk Industries, Inc. designs, manufactures, sources, distributes and markets flooring for residential and commercial applications.  The Company offers carpet, ceramic tile, laminate, wood, stone, vinyl, and rugs.  Mohawk markets residential and commercial flooring in the United States, and residential flooring in Europe.

Taylor Morrison Home Corp is a homebuilder in North America.  The Company builds single-family detached and attached homes and develop land, which includes lifestyle and master planned communities.

Installed Building Products Inc installs residential insulation in the United States.  The Company also installs complementary building products, including garage doors, rain gutters, shower doors, closet shelving and mirrors.

Toll Brothers, Inc. builds luxury homes, serving both move-up and empty nester buyers in several regions of the United States.  The Company builds customized single and attached homes, primarily on land that it develops and improves. Toll Brothers also operates its own architectural, engineering, mortgage, title, security, landscape, insurance brokerage, and manufacturing operations.

Tempur Sealy International Inc., through its primary subsidiary manufactures and markets foam mattresses, pillows, and miscellaneous products under its own and other brand names.

Sumitomo Forestry Co., Ltd. sells lumber and wood-related construction materials.  The Company constructs and markets a variety of homes, including custom-built wooden houses, and also manufactures and distributes high-value added wood-based products.  Sumitomo Forestry also maintains a significant amount of Japan's forests.

TopBuild Corp. provides insulation installation services. The Company offers residential insulation products and related accessories. TopBuild serves customers in the United States.

LG Electronics Inc. manufactures and markets digital display equipment and home appliances. The Company produces and markets flat panel televisions, A/V products, washing machines, air conditioners and refrigerators as well as telecommunications equipment such as smart phones and tablets.
