China Promises Reduced Retaliation Against South Korea Due to THAAD

It was announced today that President Trump plans to meet the North Korean dictator Kim Jong-Un. This is remarkable since it would be the first time ever that a "serving" US President would meet any of the North Korean dictators (Kim Il-Sung, Kim Jong-Il, or the current thug Kim Jong-Un).
