<p><a href="https://www.smartkarma.com/entities/24001" target="_blank" data-smartkarma-citation="entities:24001:1">Kunming Dianchi Water Treatment (3768 HK)</a> is raising approximately US$171 - 205m in its upcoming IPO. Proceeds raised will be used to finance Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT)/Build-Own-Operate (BOO) wastewater treatment and running water supply projects, expand operations through purchasing future Transfer-Operate-Transfer (TOT)/ Transfer-Own-Operate (TOO) projects and repay current bank borrowings.</p><p>In this insight, we look at the company's projects, expansion plans, and compare its valuation with other wastewater treatment companies in China. We will also run the deal through our framework.</p>
