Global Equity Strategy: Stick With Reflation & Reopening Theme

<p>Key $70 support on the MSCI ACWI (ACWI-US) held strong last week, and ACWI-US is now inflecting topside its bullish falling wedge pattern. This bullish price action combined with market dynamics which remain mostly healthy lead us to believe the lows of this recent correction are in. Consumer Discretionary and Manufacturing Sectors continue to be two attractive Sectors that are outperforming globally; we highlight numerous actionable names in today's report.</p>

What Is Getting Blown Out of Portfolios Before the Long Weekend in Japan?

NGK SPARK PLUG Co., Ltd. manufactures and markets spark plugs for automobiles, motorcycles, agricultural machinery, ships, and aircrafts.  The Company also makes ceramic products for semiconductor and telecommunication equipment. NGK Spark Plug markets its products under the NGK and NTK brand names and has subsidiaries in the US, Canada, France, Germany, and South Korea.

The Yokohama Rubber Company Limited produces rubber products including automobile tires, tubes, and conveyor belt for industrial use.  The Company also produces golf clubs and passenger aircraft parts such as restroom units and tanks for drinking water.

Stanley Electric Co., Ltd. manufactures lighting equipment including head lights, HID (High Intensity Discharge) assist lamps, and rear combination lamps for automobiles.  The Company also produces LCD (Liquid Cristal Display) and LED (Light Emitted Diode) lamps for communication equipment, office automation equipment, and information displays.

NIFCO INC. manufactures synthetic resinous fasteners and plastic components for automobiles and home electronic appliances.  The Company has its subsidiaries in Korea, Hong Kong, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, and the US.

NOK CORPORATION manufactures oil seals and industrial rubber products for automobiles.  The Company also produces electronic equipment used for cellular phones and PCs.  NOK has production facilities in Taiwan and Thailand.

NHK SPRING CO., LTD. manufactures springs for automobiles and electronic equipment.  The Company's products are used for suspension, engine valves, seats, and hard disk drives(HDD).

Toyoda Gosei Co Ltd manufactures resin and rubber parts for automobiles. The Company's products include instrument panel modules, spoilers, weather-strip brake hoses, air bag systems, and steering wheels. The Company has offices in the US, Canada, China, Taiwan, and the UK. Toyoda Gosei also produces lightemitting diode (LEDs) for cellular phones and digital cameras.

TOYOTA BOSHOKU CORPORATION manufactures automobile parts and textile products. The Company provides automobile interior components such as seats, door trims, headliners, carpets, and other interior products as well as exterior components such as bumpers and fender liners. TOYOTA BOSHOKU also manufactures air filters, oil filters as well as seat fabrics and high-performance uniforms.

Cheng Shin Rubber Industry Co., Ltd. manufactures tires.  The Company produces bicycle, radial, bias, motorcycle, agricultural, and industrial tires.  Cheng Shin markets its tires and tubes in Taiwan as well as exports to North America and Europe.

The Company develops, manufactures, and markets heat exchangers and systems for use in various original equipment manufacturer applications and for sale to the automotive aftermarket and to a wide array of building markets.

Zhejiang Century Huatong Group Co., Ltd. develops, manufactures and sells automotive plastic parts and molds.

Ningbo Joyson Electronic Corp manufactures automotive accessories. Sundram Fasteners Limited manufactures a wide range of nuts, bolts and related fastener equipment.  Products include high-tensile fasteners and equipment for the automotive industry, such as cold extruded parts, radiator caps and gear shifters.  The Company also manufactures water pumps and fuel pumps.

Xinyi Glass Holdings Ltd, through its subsidiaries, produces a variety of processed glass products for automobile, construction and household applications. The Company also tenders for glass curtain wall projects and conducts installation service of glass curtain wall in China.

Dorman Products, Inc. supplies automotive products and home hardware.  The Company supplies its products to the automotive aftermarket and mass merchandise markets.

KOITO MANUFACTURING CO., LTD. produces lighting equipments for automobiles such as head and tail lights, rear combination lamps, and fog lamps.
